Borage oil 20% GLA 200 mg, fish skin gelatin, dry extract of acerola with 30 mg vitamin C, glycerol, rice protein hydrolyzate and Zn sulfate, corn oil and 15% of ceramides 40 mg, tomato oleoresin to 6% of natural lycopene, medium chain triglycerides, rice protein hydrolyzate and Mn sulfate, vitamin E of natural plant origin, water, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil, colloidal silicon dioxide, yellow beeswax , natural caramel color, soy lecithin IP, bilberry berry extract 25% anthocyanins, hydrolysed rice protein and Na selenite or GAOS: natural vitamin C 30 mg natural vitamin E (Covitol) 10 mg, Se hypro-rice 25 mcg, Zn 7.5 mg hypro-rice and rice-Mn hypro 1.75 mg, 1.25 mg natural anthocyanins and lycopene 2 mg, excipients qs Licaps capsule.
Advice
1-2 capsules per day preferably in the morning for 1-3 months. Starting 15 days before exposure and continue throughout the period of exposure.
