Iron is a mineral which participates in the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin (red pigment which is used to fix oxygen), as well as in the transport of oxygen. Thus, it helps reduce fatigue, especially in cases of anemia caused by iron deficiency (martial anemia).
This formulation provides an advanced form of iron which is non-constipating and gentle on the stomach.
In case of blood disorder and for a normal formation of red blood cells, also think of vitamins B9 and B12 (cyanocobalamin or methylcobalamin)
