Nutergia ERGYPHILUS® PLUS 30 Capsules

Nutergia ERGYPHILUS® PLUS is composed of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli selected, in particular Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG. In fact, this lactobactérie, the best up to date study, helps as well  improve the body’s resistance.
However, ingredients of this product are:
Potato starch, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), 6 billion Viable seeds per capsule (* Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, Lactobacillus paracasei, also Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum), besides, vegetable magnesium stearate, and vitamin C.
And, Ccapsule: Fish gelatin, titanium dioxide.
Yet, it may contain traces of milk protein and soy.
So, how to use Nutergia ERGYPHILUS® PLUS ?
As well, take 2-4 capsules per day before a meal, and preferably in the morning.
Also, store the product in preference to +4 ° C.
