Colpermin – 30 capsules –

Colpermin capsules release the clinically proven peppermint oil where it is needed for effective relief from the painful spasm, knotting and bloating of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Peppermint oil is extracted from Mentha Piperita L. Its major constituent is menthol. Menthol exhibits an anti-spasmodic effect by inhibiting the calcium channels in the intestinal smooth muscle cells.3,5  This leads to a reduction of muscle contraction.
Colpermin™ capsules have a unique enteric coating. This means that the release of peppermint oil is prevented before it reaches the small intestine to ensure a targeted effect.4 It may be suitable to combine the treatment with Colpermin™ with an adjustment of your diet and implementing some exercise in your daily life.
Typical symptoms of IBS are painful spasm, knotted bowel, bloating with wind, constipation and/ or diarrhoea.
Use:
Take one capsule 3 times a day, 30-60 minutes before meals. The dose may increased to 2 capsules 3 times a day when discomfort is more severe. Swallow capsule whole.
