Ingredients:
Arkopharma Arkocaps Ispaghul Mucivital, a formula containing 100% natural active ingredients where Isphagula (Plantago ovata Forssk.), originating from India and Pakistan, is a plant that is 20 to 40 cm tall, able to grow in relatively poor soil and to withstand cold and hot conditions.
The plant which is “Indian plantago” and “blond psyllium” and owes its effectiveness to the coating around the seeds. On contact with water, this coating inflates, therefore increasing the volumes of stools and subsequently aiding their evacuation. However, to keep its promises, always take ispaghula  with enough water.

Description of ingredients

Directions for Use:
Take it orally:
